warranty -exchange- refund-User data

General policies:

  • The price quotation is valid for only one week
  • The down payment of a product(s) should be paid within a week, then full payment should be completed
  • Special orders/requests (manufactured or imported as per the customer request) are not eligible for refund or exchange
  • The equipment will be shipped maximum within a week (if it’s available) after the bill issuance date to avoid any changes in prices
  • The electrical spare parts are not eligible for refund or exchange
  • 100% of the value of the goods should be paid on the date of delivery, excluding contracts and tenders according to the agreement and conditions
  • To activate the warranty & enjoy all our customer services, please sign the delivery approval.

Transportation and Delivery:

  • The equipment will be delivered and handed to the customer’s place and the customer will pay the total amount of delivery fees from our showroom/warehouse to the place where the equipment will be used
  • Delivery will take place during working hours only
  • Delivery of equipment that weighs more than 100 kilograms will be delivered on the first floor only of the customer’s place.
  • The customer should assign a responsible person from his end at the delivery time of the equipment
  • In case of delivery through a shipping company, Elshohail Company will not be responsible for any damages that might happen to the equipment.

Installation and training:

  • The installation and training of the crew will be provided only in case of delivering heavy equipment or production lines.
  • The infrastructure of the facility/customer’s place should be well prepared for installation in terms of (electricity, water, gas, ventilation…etc.) and all necessary preparations to insure a proper installation and operation on the equipment before the technician’s visit.
  •   The customer should prepare and provide the elementary materials that s/he uses for the production in order to use them for the first trial
  • The technicians who work with the customer should be well experienced to understand the operation and maintenance recommendations and instructions.
  • The customer bears all expenses of transportation, accommodation, and hospitality of the technician crew who is responsible for the installation of the equipment outside Riyadh city 
  • It’s necessary to prepare and off-load the place where the equipment will be installed and vacate the walls, doors, or any barriers that hinder the movement of the entry of the equipment before its arrival.

Equipment’s warranty:

  • El Shohail company guarantees the sold equipment for a period of one year from the delivery date if defective in case of production faults.
  • The warranty does not include the misuse or damages resulting from a violation of installation or operation instructions
  • The warranty does not include accessories or the outer body of the equipment
  • The warranty does not include spare parts that have become obsolete and worn out due to usage consumption and lost their function due to pollution, as well as damages and malfunctions resulting from these parts that lost their main characteristics.
  • The warranty does not include electrical parts and does not cover malfunctions that may occur due to low and high voltages
  • Installation, reparation, or maintenance by anyone that is not authorized by El Shohail company will cancel the warranty partially.
  • The warranty covers equipment malfunctions only 4 times during one year and 6 times during the length of the warranty period decided by the manufacturer of the equipment
  • The customer bears all expenses of transportation, accommodation, and hospitality of the technician crew who is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment outside Riyadh city 
  • The customer bears the full cost of transporting the contracted machine to and from the company’s maintenance center in the case that the technician informs the need to transfer the equipment to the maintenance center
  • In case of minor malfunctions, the customer will be instructed over the phone regarding the method of repair if the matter does not require the maintenance team to move or move the equipment to the maintenance center
  • Maintenance requests are responded to within 2-5 working days from the date of reporting the malfunction during official working hours
  • The contract or purchase invoice must be shown every time the equipment is serviced ( in maintenance) 
  • In case of a malfunction in one of the special parts that are guaranteed, and it is easy to disassemble and install by the trained labor, the part will be sent by postal mail to the customer and the customer bears the shipping cost only.
  • After the end of the warranty period, the customer bears all the cost of spare parts, in addition to the cost of shipping them, also in case of the transfer of a technical team, the client bears all the expenses of transportation, accommodation, and visit.

The warranty of the spare parts that are sold or installed by Elshohail’s company :

  • The company guarantees the non-electrical parts installed by the company’s technicians for three months from the date of the maintenance invoice.

Returns and exchange:

  • Electrical spare parts are not eligible for returns or exchange
  • The equipment to be replaced or returned must be in its original condition without any use and with all its accessories and packaging as received.
  • Transferring the returns to the company’s warehouses is the responsibility of the customer.
  • The company has the right to inspect the product and refuse to receive the return and replacement in case of any damages or any use of the equipment.
